Mango Mint Smoothie

With the days getting longer and the air getting warmer, it is only natural that we begin to gravitate towards more fruits and vegetables. This is why I love making smoothies this time of year! You can pack them full of fiber-rich vegetables, fat-burning fruits and then blend them into a concoction that tastes to good to be true.

Mango Mint Smoothie Recipe

1 cup fresh or frozen mango
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (plus more to blend)
1 cup packed spinach
1 cup packed kale, stems removed
6-8 fresh mint leaves
5 sprigs fresh parsley

Place all ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until creamy adding more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
