I truly have something for everyone, and I invite you to join a class to discover fantastic new recipes, flavors and ideas. My demonstration style classes are not only entertaining and educational, but delicious, too! All meals are healthy, fresh, organic and plant-based.

My classes are presented in a lively and fun demonstration format.

Many guests have great questions about preparing plant-based meals, so the classes are taught in this style to guide, inform and inspire while affording the time to enjoy a full five course meal.

Fruit & herb infused water is served at each class and guests are welcome to bring their own favorite wine, beer or spirit to enjoy with the meal.

14-Day Gentle Cleanse Program & Tasting Menu

A workshop is where the job gets done. A workshop is a place where insights are born, shared and materialized. I am brimming with excitement to share my knowledge and love of all things edible, good and cleansing!

This gentle cleanse is a step-by-step, 14-day journey that will teach you how to detoxify your body, ignite a process of healing, discover what food makes you feel the best, and create a sustainable way of eating that will support you on your journey to vibrant health and longevity.

For two wonderful weeks you will eat whole foods like delicious green smoothies, fresh vegetables, non-gluten grains like quinoa, legumes, nuts & seeds. This two week plan is completely customizable for your individual needs.

  • Book a Private Class! Plan a Private Class, Birthday Party or Corporate Event for up to 10 people and learn a few culinary tricks with friends, family or co-workers and have fun while doing it!
  • Why plant-based vegetarian meals? I know many of you have mastered how to grill, roast or bake chicken, fish, pork, and/or beef but many of you have expressed the need for healthy sides, soups and salads. All of my recipes can pair perfectly with your choice of protein and you do not need to be a vegetarian to enjoy!
  • All desserts are made with fruits and nuts and are vegan, gluten-free and no-bake.
  • Please note, class includes a cooking demonstration with a multi-course meal and is not hands-on unless requested in a private class format.
  • Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Doors open 15 minutes before the start of class.
  • Class duration is approximately 90-minutes and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
  • All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.

All fees are refundable and/or transferable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Seating is first-come, first-served. If we must cancel a class, those signed up will be contacted by phone and a full refund will be issued.
