But, once the last slice of pie has been consumed, and the last cup of coffee poured, you might be feeling a bit fuller than anticipated…

It has super foods and ingredients that provide nourishment and cleansing properties with a great supply of vitamins, healthy fat, protein and fiber plus the coconut water is hydrating and will help replace lost electrolytes. Post-Thanksgiving Detox Smoothie
2 cups kale
2 cups spinach
1/3 of a cucumber, peeled
1 apple, core removed
1-inch slice of ginger
1 frozen banana
3 tbsp. hemp seeds
Juice of ½ a lemon
3 cups water or coconut water
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend!
