A Cleansing Spring Smoothie


Cleansing Spring Smoothie
1 cup green tea, chilled (you can always use water or coconut water)
1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro or parsley
2 cups loosely packed organic spinach
1/2 medium cucumber  (peeled if not organic)
3/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
juice of 1 lemon
1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1/4 avocado

Place ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
